Our Team

Our clinical team additionally consists of eighteen experienced therapists from all rehabilitation disciplines, each possessing a wide array of clinical and specialty skills which allow us to connect the ideal clinician to each of our clients. Our goal is to build effective relationships with our clients, their families and the educational programs that they are attending in order to support each individual in achieving their highest developmental and educational potential and reach their personal goals.

Douglas A. Kalbach, PT, DPT, Director

About Doug: Doug has been a member of the Voorhees Pediatric Rehabilitation team for more than 22 years. As a Temple University graduate he began his career working with children with a variety of special abilities and knew immediately that he had found his calling as a pediatric physical therapist. Over the past two decades he has specialized in a variety of treatment techniques and has helped develop new programs for Voorhees Pediatric Rehabilitation Services. As program Director he promotes positive energy, creativity and dedication with his team. These attributes are extended to every student with whom we work as we strive to help them achieve their greatest potential. Doug also bleeds blue and orange for the Denver Broncos football team.

Jaime D’Antonio, MA, CCC-SLP/L, Assistant Director, SLP Clinical Supervisor

About Jaime: Jaime has been a speech-language pathologist for over 20 years and has experience in a variety of settings. She has treated individuals across the lifespan, but her passion is working with children, especially those who are medically fragile. Jaime has her own child with complex medical needs and this gives her a unique perspective in working with the children on her caseload. She also enjoys empowering students in the school setting to effectively communicate in various modalities with their peers and teachers. Jaime was born Disney, raised Disney and is now a certified Disney-aholic.

About Victoria: Lauren is passionate about helping kids move, play, and grow with confidence. Whether it’s working on first steps, balance, strength, or coordination, she loves making therapy fun and meaningful for each child.
She takes a team approach—partnering with families, caregivers, and other providers to create goals that truly fit each child’s needs and motivations. Lauren believes progress happens best when everyone’s working together and celebrating each step along the way.
Outside of the clinic, you can find her hiking with friends, binge reading on her Kindle, or hanging out with her cat.

About Christine: Kate is an occupational therapist who’s passionate about working alongside clients, families, and care teams to find creative, meaningful solutions. Her experience across the continuum of care in pediatric settings, acute care, and adult rehabilitation have helped to shape her care approach to best support children and families through personalized, strengths-based therapy.
Kate received her Bachelors and Masters degree from Elizabethtown College and later earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Salus University. She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), which informs her holistic, movement-centered approach to care. At the heart of Kate’s practice is collaborative problem-solving—she believes the best outcomes happen when everyone has a seat at the table. Kate prioritizes client-centered care, active listening, and adaptability to support real-life progress.
